Located just outside of Chicago, IL College Park is a 200-unit development serving families at or below 60% area median income.  Acquired and rehabilitated in 2004 financing included taxable bonds, LIHTC, HOME, Federal Home Loan Bank financing, and 236 Interest Reduction Payments and facilitated a rehabilitation of over $4,330,000 in construction related costs.
